You can order an image by sending Jeff an e-mail indicating what print and what
size you would like he will then contact you to make payment and shipping
arrangements.

What is included?
All our prices include shipping. The price you see is the price you pay
(except for California sales tax, which applies only to CA residents). No extra
shipping charges will be added, no matter where you live in the United States.
Your package will be traceable. We usually ship with FedEx or UPS within the
USA.
Prices are for the print only. We prefer not to offer matting or framing,
since individual preferences vary so much. You will be more pleased if you can
choose the frame yourself at a good frame shop.
Prints are made to order, one at a time. When Jeff is not traveling, delivery
takes about two weeks for the smaller prints, and up to three weeks for the
larger prints since those often require custom drum scanning. Please let us know if you have specific needs.
Express orders are possible.
Other options. Other sizes are available by special order. We can also print
any image in Black and White, as well as print on fine art materials such as
watercolor paper or canvas, or on super-glossy polyester-based papers.
Notes on the prints
These display prints on archival paper, made with state-of-the-art
techniques are widely recognized to be the finest available today. They exhibit
superior sharpness and color, and are expected to last fifty years or more on display
before any noticeable fading occurs. Due to operating system and screen
differences, and sometimes image preparation done prior to
printing, there might be color and lightness variations between the image you
saw on the web and the print.
Guarantees
We individually inspect each print and are so confident that you will be
pleased with the quality that we offer three guarantees:

recognize that you have not seen the print prior to your purchase, we offer an
unconditional full refund for any print returned in new condition with in a
three weeks.

Replacement guarantee: We take all
the necessary precautions so that your photograph is not damaged during
shipping. There is simply no shipping risk to you: we will replace at no charge
any print that has been damaged in transit.

Lifetime fade-free
guarantee: As we are confident in the archival qualities of our materials, we
will replace at no charge any print that may have faded during the lifetime of
the original owner, when cared for in a proper manor.
Inscriptions by hand on the border. Some images may have a border around it
(1/2 to 1 inch wide depending on print size) so that the image size will be
slightly smaller than the listed print size. All prints are individually
captioned with the location and date, and signed by hand in the border. You can
matte the print with or without the inscriptions, since they are not in the
image area. Personalized inscriptions are available upon request.
Limited editions
Unless marked (open edition), all of the prints
of size 11x14 or larger are limited edition. A limited edition is a series of
prints issued in a fixed number, in which each print is numbered. For instance,
for 20x24 prints, the numbering that will be inscribed by hand is 1/200 until
the print 200/200 is reached, at the time the print will be retired.

causes we support will likely be granted free permission, but approval is
required. Free permissions always require proper attribution and no alterations.
